General

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and growing businesses — on the Emerald Coast and remotely across the United States. Typical projects include service businesses, retailers, rental companies, and teams that have outgrown spreadsheets.

Do you use templates or page builders?

No. Every site is designed and developed for the business it serves, using modern, well-supported tools like Laravel. That keeps sites fast and gives you room to grow.

Pricing & payment

What does "starting at" mean?

Starting prices reflect the standard scope described for each service. Your final price depends on the number of pages, features, integrations, and content work involved. You always receive a written quote before work begins.

Who provides the website content?

You supply text, logo, and photos unless copywriting or photography is included in your quote. We will tell you exactly what we need and when.

What is not included in a website package?

Each service lists its inclusions and exclusions on the pricing page. Anything outside that scope — extra pages, new features, third-party fees — is quoted separately before any work starts.

Process & timeline

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback come in. We give you an estimated timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

We review your request and follow up by email to discuss your goals. From there we recommend a solution and send a written quote.

Hosting & support

What happens after launch?

You can handle updates yourself (especially with a dashboard package) or choose a monthly care plan for hosting, updates, and small edits.

Is support unlimited?

No. Care plans include a defined monthly time allowance for edits or development. Work beyond that is quoted in advance, and unused time does not roll over.

Can you take over an existing website?

Often, yes. Website migration and redesign services cover moving an existing site to new hosting or rebuilding it. We review the current site first.
